- Lake James Golf Club has a 12 player minimum to qualify for group rates.
- The number of player in the group must be confirmed with Lake James Golf Club 72 hours prior to your event.
- After the 72 hour deadline, the number that you will have in your group can be increased but cannot be reduced. You will pay for the number that is confirmed 72 hours.
| Additional Services |
- Food and Beverage service is available the day of your event. Lake James Golf Club offers a full variety of meal options. We also stock Pepsi beverages, Bottled Water, and Domestic Can Beer.
- Lake James Golf Club will, at no charge, produce golf car signs, scorecards and scoreboards for your event. If there is a logo that you would like to use on these items, please provide Lake James Golf Club with a computer ready format of that logo at least 72 hours prior to the event.

- Corporate Logo Program: Your logo can be customized on a number of items available in the golf shop. Some of the most common items include: Golf Balls, Men's & Ladies Apparel, Shirts, Hats, Towels, Tees, Luggage and other specialty type items like mugs and glasses. Advance planning is required to participate in this program. *Prices will be discounted for these items based on quantity ordered.
