Hole #4 - Par 3
Lake James Tees - 156 Yards
Jimmerson Tees - 148 Yards
Snow Tees - 138 Yards
Otter Tees - 130Yards
The fourth hole is a short par 3. The challenge is in the elevated tee which makes club selection critical. On a calm day, the hole usually plays one club shorter than the distance. The key is to avoid the bunker to the left of the green and long of the green. Either spot makes par a difficult proposition. Be very careful to try and leave your approach under the hole. The slope of the green from back to front is more severe than it appears at first glance. Anything below the hole is a realistic birdie chance. Above the hole, you may be smart to play for a two-putt.
